Medefine is a community of doctors and medical students helping international school students find their way into medicine. Many of our mentors went to international schools themselves, so they know the questions you're asking.
Our team includes NHS doctors, scientists and academics from Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL and Harvard. We start early, so students have time to grow into medicine rather than cram for it.
Medicine shouldn't depend on what your family can afford. We run free conferences and school talks, donate books, and 20% of our Academy students attend free of charge.
Good doctors need more than good grades. We help students grow in confidence and learn to communicate well, which matters in medicine as much as exam results do.
Our students run health projects in their own communities and publish research while still at school. Many link their work to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
