Some services on this website are offered in collaboration with our academic and delivery partner, Health Creation Group LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13876539) with its registered office at Flat 182 South Block County Hall, 1 B Belvedere Road, London, England, SE1 7GE.

Medefine Education Group LTD acts as the Data Controller for the website. Health Creation Group LTD may act as a Data Processor or joint Data Controller depending on the specific service.

7. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in full prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Both Medefine Education Group LTD and Health Creation Group LTD are authorised to issue invoices and collect payments in accordance with the service being delivered. The company collecting your payment will be clearly indicated on your invoice and confirmation materials.

We reserve the right to apply additional charges if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided at the time of booking.

 

8. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service you have received, you may request a review by contacting info@medefine.org within 14 calendar days of completion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed by the entity that originally issued your invoice. Approved refunds will be paid in instalments:

  • Under £1,000: paid over 3 months

  • £1,000 to £5,000: paid over 6 months

  • Over £5,000: paid over 12 months

All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the company delivering the service.

 

9. Service Interruptions

We strive to meet all timelines and service expectations. However, we are not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond our control, such as illness, force majeure events, or third-party failures. In such cases, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website or cancel services at any time if you breach these Terms.

If you cancel a service after payment but before delivery, you must notify us in writing. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
